OverviewThis program is used to create pre-defined Bank Card Transaction Templates, which when selected in the Add Bank Card Transaction process (see
Processing Bank Card Transactions), will pre-populate the transaction information. This reduces the amount of time required to enter a Bank Card Transaction and simplifies the capturing process.
For example, a pre-defined travel expense template can be used for entering travel expenses. The GL Account, Payee, Description, Amount, Division, Project, Dimensions, etc to be associated with this template can be predefined.
