Overview

This report displays, prints, or exports transactions entered in Cash Receipts, AR Non-Cash Transfers, and the CRATO Application Program Interface.

For companies who have checked the “Multiple Transactions per Session” box on the AR Control screen, it also permits the posting of these transactions after printing, display, or export.

Select Sessions to Display / Report

Users can select which type of Session they wish to display, specify the range of date for those Sessions to be displayed and whether to include Non-Posting transactions

Fields

Include Unposted Sessions:  Select checkbox if Unposted Sessions are to be included [default = checked]

Include Posted Sessions:  Select checkbox if Posted Sessions are to be included [default = checked]

Include Incomplete Sessions:  Select checkbox if Incomplete Sessions are to be displayed

From Session Date & Through Session Date:  Select / Enter date range of Sessions that are to be displayed / reported

Query Individual Sessions:  When checked, the “Select” box on the far left of each row can be selected individually

Include Cash Receipt Sessions:  Select checkbox if Cash Receipt Sessions are to be included [default = checked]

Include Non-Cash Transfer Sessions:  Select checkbox if Non-Cash Transfer Sessions are to be included

Include Non-Posting Transactions:  When checked, transactions that have no GL impact are included

Post Unposted Sessions After Report:  If “Include Unposted Sessions” is checked, those Unposted Sessions can be posted.  

 

Once the user selections are made, select “Query” to display the list of Sessions to view, print or export. To Execute the report, users select the specific Session or all Sessions by selecting the relevant Session checkbox and click on “Execute”.
 
The report displays pertinent information about the selected Session. This includes the check or reference number, the Payment Amount, the Payment Currency, the document paid Document Number and Document Type and the GL Account entries.


Export Report

The selected report can be exported by selecting “Export Report”. A csv export file will be displayed and be available to open / download.


Print Report

The selected report can be printed by selecting “Print Report”. The Print screen will appear:

Users can:

  • Print the report – by selecting the printer icon
  • Download the report – selecting the download icon
Post Sessions

Once a user has viewed, printed and/or exported the report, the Session can be posted by selecting “Post Sessions”.  

A warning message will popup confirming that you wish to post the Session.

Select “OK” to post and a successfully posted message will be displayed.
