Overview
Charge Devices (Edit Charge Devices) provides the ability to amend a Recurring Charge against a Covered Device for a defined period.
Application
To be used to when amending an existing Recurring Charge against a Covered Device for a defined period.
Prerequisites
Recurring Charge set against a Covered Device
Navigation
Sales Contracts Maintenance > Contract Recurring Charges (not in Edit mode)
Processing
- Within an already defined Recurring Charge record (not in Edit mode) set against a Covered Device, click on the Edit Charge Devices button.
- A new window will be displayed showing all Charge Device records associated to the Recurring Charge.
- Select the relevant Charge Device records, amend details accordingly and Save.
Fields
Serialized Device: The serialized "device" that this pricing override applies. The device must be Covered Device defined on the Sales Contract (for serialized devices shipped against the said Contract).
Periodic Price Override: The periodic Recurring Charge Price to be charged during the “override” period.
Starting Date for Price Override: The first date that the price override is in effect.
Ending Date for Price Override: The last date that the price override is in effect.
