Overview
To create a Rootstock Sales Order from the Salesforce Case, click the ‘Create Sales Order’ button on the Case. The user is then directed to the ‘Create Sales Order From Case’ UI. After inputting the appropriate details and clicking ‘Save’, the user is directed to the Rootstock Sales Order Edit screen.
From the Rootstock ‘Sales Order Edit’ screen, the Sales Order can be processed. As the SO is processed, the Salesforce Case will be updated.
The Sales Order Line detail contains the Salesforce Case number within the ‘References’ tab.
