This Forms Template tab contains override email templates that are to be used for this customer. Entries in this tab override the forms templates on the SO Control record.

Form Template - Acknowledgement: The SO Acknowledgement form template specified for the given Customer as an override to the template defined on the SO Control Record.
Form Template - Quote: The Quote form template specified for the given Customer as an override to the template defined on the SO Control Record.
Form Template Template - Invoice: The SO Invoice form template specified for the given Customer as an override to the template defined on the SO Control Record.
Form Template - Packing Slip: The Packing Slip form template specified for the given Customer as an override to the template defined on the SO Control Record.
