Overview
Division Addresses drive the Shipping, Receiving, and Remit addresses within Rootstock, which are used on Sales Orders (Address of Origination) and Purchase Orders (Deliver-To Address). Multiple addresses can be created, specific to Shipping, Receiving, Remit or All.
Application
Used as Primary Shipping Address, Primary Shipping Address, and Primary Remit Address on Division Master > Misc tab once established.

Division Master must first be created using System Setup > Division Master
Processing
Add or Edit Division Address record.
Fields
Address Type: (Required) This value defines the type of this Division Address. Valid Options are:

Address Line 1: (Required) This is typically the street address applicable to this Division Address.
Address Line 2: (Optional) This is typically a suite, unit number, or apartment number if applicable.
Address Line 3: (Optional) This is typically used for extended address info if applicable.
City: (Optional) This is the City applicable to this Division Address.
Zip/Postal Code: This is the Zip or Postal Code applicable to this Division Address. (Required if the flag 'Zip/Postal Code Are Not Required' is not checked on System Defaults record).
Phone: (Optional) This is the Phone Number applicable for this Division Address.
Website: (Optional) This is the Website applicable for this Division Address.
Shipping Zone: (Optional) The Shipping Zone associated with this Division Address.
State/Province: (Optional) The State applicable to this Division Address.
Country: (Optional) The Country applicable to this Division Address.
ISO Country Codes: (Optional) This field contains the ISO Code for the given Country defined for this Division Address.
Fax: (Optional) The Fax Number applicable for this Division Address.
Contact Email: (Optional) The Contact Email applicable for this Division Address.
