Overview

This program authorizes Financial System Users to work in a Financial Company that has already been established.
 

Prerequisites 

Financial System User:  An active Financial System User record must exist in order to create a Financial System User Company record (Menu path = Financial System Setup > Financial System User)

Financial Company Master:  The Financial Company must exist for the user to be associated with (Menu path = Financial System Setup > Financial Company Master)

Processing

Add Financial System User Company   

Fields

Financial System User:  Select a valid Financial System User

Reporting Company:  The Financial User's Financial Company for reporting purposes

Responsible  AP Indicator:  If this user will be assigned to manage AP, this flag must be checked in order to be available as the Responsible  AP user for a given Vendor, which then drives other AP processes where data can be filtered by Responsible AP User

Allow User to Add a Vendor from AP:  When checked, this user can add a Vendor directly from a Payable Session.
User-added image NOTE "Allow Add of SF Acct from RC Cust & Vend" field in System Defaults (SYDEFAULT) must be checked as well, so Vendor is added as a Salesforce Account

Cash Receipts Supervisor: When checked, this user can unlock bank deposits for editing (see "Release Deposit Lock" action in Create Bank Deposit)
