Overview
In Rootstock Financials, the Financial Vendor Account Inquiry page provides users with a detailed review of the Vendor’s account. It includes the history of Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Receipts, Addresses, Vendor Invoices, Payments, or any other entries relating to the Vendor account.

Processing
When the Vendor Account Inquiry button is clicked, a new page will be opened with various accounting information including Purchasing and Invoice details related to the Vendor.
Header Section
Fields
Company: This is a drop-down field listing the Financial Companies associated with the Vendor.
Vendor No: The Vendor for which the given record represents.
Salesforce Account: The Salesforce Account that is associated with the Vendor Master.
Vendor Currency: This is the currency used by the Vendor, as defined on the Salesforce Account record.
Maintenance Currency Indicator: When checked, Purchase Orders placed with this Vendor will be in the Vendor's currency. When unchecked, Purchase Orders will be in the Home currency as defined on the Company Master.
Purchase Orders Tab
Displays the Purchase Orders associated with the given Vendor and Company.
New Purchase Order: This button opens a new Purchase Order page.
Purchase Order Receipts Tab
Displays the Purchase Order Receipts associated with the given Vendor and Company.
Addresses Tab
Displays the Addresses associated with the given Vendor.
New Vendor Address: This link opens a new Vendor Address page.
AP Invoices & Memos Tab
Displays the Payable Session Invoices, Vendor Credits and Vendor Debits associated with the Vendor and Company.
From Txn Date: Filters the list of Invoices/Memos to be displayed, showing only those where the Transaction Date is on or after the date entered by the user. Applies when Display Options is set to Use Date Range.
Thru Txn Date: Filters the list of Invoices/Memos to be displayed, showing only those where the Transaction Date is on or before the date entered by the user. Applies when Display Options is set to Use Date Range.
Display Options: Controls which invoices and Memos are displayed. Options are All (Use Date Range), Current Open, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, and Last 90 days.
Refresh AP Invoices & Memos: On clicking this button, the Invoices/Memos are displayed based on the filters, if any, provided by the user.
Payments Tab
Displays the Payments Session Details associated with the given Vendor and Company.
From Payment Date: Filters the list of Payment Session Details to be displayed, showing only those where the Transaction Date is on or after the date entered by the user. Applies when Display Options is set to Use Date Range.
Thru Payment Date: Filters the list of Payment Session Details to be displayed, showing only those where the Transaction Date on or before the date entered by the user. Applies when Display Options is set to Use Date Range.
Display Options: Controls which Payment Session Details are displayed. Options are All (Use Date Range), Last 30 days, Last 60 days, and Last 90 days.
Refresh Payments: On clicking this button, the Payment Session Details are displayed based on the filters, if any, provided by the user.
