Overview
The General Ledger Transaction Dimension (GLTXNDIM) record is created at the time each General Ledger Transaction (GLTXN) is created, one GL Transaction Dimensions (GLTXNDIM) record is created for each dimension value specified on the General Ledger Transaction. Over time, a large number of GL Transaction Dimensions records are created and consume disk space. Once a period is closed, only summary records for the GL Transaction Dimensions are required. This program is run after the period is closed, reduces the number of GL Transaction Dimensions records by consolidating them, and frees up the database space used.

Fields
Company: The Financial Company that these transactions are associated with.
Fiscal Year: Select the Fiscal Year that this program is to be executed against.
Period: Select the Period within the Fiscal Year that the program is to be executed against.
Button
Consolidate GLTXNDIM: This action executes the program and consolidates the number of GL Transaction Dimensions records.
