Overview
This record is used to initiate order numbering for some order types.
Application
Used to track the “last” system assigned order number for various Rootstock entities, including Last PO Number, Last ECO Number, Last Forecast Order Number and Last Project NumberNavigation

As this record is keyed by Division, Division records must be added before creating this record.
Processing
Fields
Last Purchase Order Number: Defines the last Purchase Order Number that was automatically generated when adding a PO. Initialize to the number you want auto-numbered POs to start with, minus 1.
EXAMPLE Set to 10000 to start numbering at 10001
Last ECO Number: Defines the last ECO Number that was automatically generated when creating an
ECO. Initialize to the number you want auto-numbered ECOs to start with, minus 1.

Last Forecast Order No: Defines the last Forecast Order Number that was automatically generated when adding a forecast. Initialize to the number you want auto-numbered Forecast Orders to start with, minus 1.
EXAMPLE Set to 10000 to start numbering at 10001
Last Project Number: Defines the last Project Number that was automatically generated when creating new Projects. Initialize to the number you want auto-numbered Projects to start with, minus 1.
EXAMPLE Set to 10000 to start numbering at 10001
Suppress Project Auto Number in UI: When checked, this will disable the auto-assignment of a Project Number on the Project Master page. The user will manually create the Project Number, which will be required to start with an alpha character.
Last Manufactured Lot Number: Defines the last manufactured lot number that was automatically generated on a Work Order when the Manufactured Lot Auto Number Method on the Division is set to ‘Use Next in Sequence (with Prefix)’. The number can be changed if it is not less than the displayed number.
Last Purchased Lot Number: Defines the last purchased lot number that was automatically generated during the PO Receipt process when the Purchase Lot Auto Number Method on the Division is set to ‘Use Next in Sequence (with Prefix)’. The number can be changed if it is not less than the displayed number.
Last Location Add Lot Number: Defines the last location add lot number auto-generated during a location add when the Location Add Lot Auto Number Method on the Division is set to ‘Use Next in Sequence (with Prefix)’. Number cannot be changed to less than the displayed value.
