Packing Slips are created as part of the Sales Order shipment process. Clicking the Packing Slip button from the SO Shipper will automatically create a Packing Slip, create a PDF of the Packing Slip, and open the PDF for the user to view. There is also the option to “Email” the PDF at this time.
Application
The Packing Slip contains information regarding the address and shipping method for the Sales Order.
Navigation
To view / edit: Sales Order Processes > Packing Slip To create: Sales Order Processes > SO Shipper
Process
Step 1 – “Packing Slip’ button on SO Shipper
Step 2 - Select the Email Template desired then click OK.
Step 3 – Print or E-mail the Packing Slip. Otherwise, closing the PDF window will return the user to the previous page.
