Overview
This tab only appears on Products where the Product Type = Entitlement. It is used to define entitlement parameters and “entitled-to” Products. Entitlement Products are available ONLY on Customer Contracts and can not be entered directly on Sales Order Lines.

Fields
Entitlement Type: Required field when Product Type = Entitlement. Valid types are

Qty Limits Per Period (requiring input in ‘Entitlement Qty Limit’ and ‘Entitlement Qty Limit Measurement fields)

Dollar Limits Per Period (requiring input in the ‘Entitlement Dollar Limit’ field)

Service Calendar used for Limit Measurements below.
Entitlement Qty Limit Measurement: Required field when Entitlement Type = Qty or Dollar Limits Per Period. This defines the time period in which the Entitlement Qty Limit or Dollar Limit is "active". Valid options are

Contract Term - The Contract sets the time period

Day - A specific day/month/year
-
Calendar Month - a specific month/year
-
Calendar Year - s specific year
Entitlement Qty Limit: Required field when Entitlement Type = Qty Limits Per Period. The field defines the quantity limitation within the 'Entitlement Qty Limit Measurement' time frame.
Entitlement Dollar Limit: Required field when Entitlement Type = Dollar Limits Per Period. The Field defines the dollar (amount) limitation within the 'Entitlement Qty Limit Measurement' time frame.
Entitlement Price for Under Limit: The price charged for this Entitlement when the total quantity provided of this Entitlement Product against a given Contract is less than or equal to the Qty Limit defined.
Entitlement Price for Over Limit: The price charged for this Entitlement when the total quantity provided of this Entitlement Product against a given Contract is greater than the Qty Limit defined. In other words, this is the most the customer will be charged when the total quantity is greater than the limit.
Use Standard Pricing for Over Limit: When checked, standard pricing methodology will be used when the total quantity provided of this Entitlement Product against a given Contract is exceeded.
Entitled-To Products Button
Click on the ‘Entitled-To Products’ button to open the following page to define the Products this Entitlement is attached to.
Click on the ‘Add’ button to add additional ‘Entitled-To’ Products. Click ‘Save’ when done, then ‘OK’ to exit the popup window.
Entitled To Product: The Product that the SO Contract customer is entitled to by virtue of this Entitlement being associated with Products purchased on said Contract.
Active: When checked, the given Entitled To Product is active and can be utilized.
