Fields
Lead Time, Product: The lead time associated with fulfilling orders for the given Product. This Product Lead Time plus the Issue and Packaging Lead Times are combined and used to establish the SO Line ship dates.
Lead Time, Issue: The lead time associated with the issuing of the given Product. This Issue Lead Time plus the Product and Packaging Lead Times are combined and used to establish the SO Line ship dates.
Lead Time, Packaging: The lead time associated with the packaging of Products for orders for the given Product. This Packaging Lead Time plus the Product and Issue Lead Times are combined and used to calculate the SO Line ship dates.
NOTE Product, Issue, and Packaging Lead Times are measured in days.
Tax Exempt: When checked, indicates that Sales Tax should not be applied to a SO Line for the given Product. If, however, the SO Customer is Tax Exempt, that takes precedence over this setting.
Order Line Credit (Negative Price): When checked, the given Product can be used to enter a negative price for a SO Line for said Product. This field is only active when Product Type = Miscellaneous.
Order Line Responsible User: The Mfg User responsible for the ordering of the given Product, which is defaulted when adding SO Lines
Product Responsible User: Identifies the Mfg User responsible for the given Product
Organizational Department: Organizational Department associated with the given Product
Contract Recurring Service Required: When checked, indicates that at least one Contract Recurring Service Product is required when adding the given Product to a Sales Contract. When set, the 'Associated Recurring Services Products' button is active allowing Recurring Service Products to be added.
Avalara Product Tax Code: Must be populated with a valid Avalara Product Tax Code in order for AvaTax to calculate tax. By default, the value is fetched from the Product's Product Group 'Avalara Product tax Code', but can be overridden for each Product Master record.
Recurring Services: When using Sales Contracts and want to set up “Recurring Services”, services processed at user defined intervals generating detailed service billings. When Contract Recurring Services Required is checked, the ‘Associated Recurring Service Products’ button becomes active.
Recurring Service Product: Enter a Recurring Service Product, a Product where it’s Product Type = Recurring Service
