Fields
Consigned Inventory (Optional): When checked, the Inventory Location ID, Inspection Location ID, and the Scrap Location ID dropdown filters will only display Location IDs where the Stock Loc Type is 'Consigned'. When items are received to a Consigned location, they are received at no cost.
Receive To Site (Required): This defaults to the Main Site for the RMA Header Division. Currently, this is the only valid value.
Inventory Location ID (Required): This defaults to the value established for RMA Inventory Location ID on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). If you'd like to override, you can use the dropdown for valid values.
Inventory Location Number (Required): This defaults to the value established for RMA Inventory Location Number on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). If you'd like to override and use pre-defined Location Numbers, just use the dropdown for valid values. If pre-defined Location Numbers are not used, the field is 10-character free-form alpha-numeric.
Inspection Order Template (Optional): This defaults to the value established for the RMA Inspection Order Template on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). If you'd like to override, you can use the dropdown for valid values for an applicable Inspection Order.
Inspection Location ID (Required): This defaults to the value established for RMA Inspection Location ID on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). You can use the dropdown for valid values if you'd like to override.
Inspection Location Number (Required): This defaults to the value established for the RMA Inspection Location Number on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). If you wish to override and use pre-defined Location Numbers, use the dropdown for valid values. If pre-defined Location Numbers are not used, the field is 10-character free-form alpha-numeric.
Scrap Location ID (Required): This defaults to the value established for RMA Scrap Location ID on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). You can use the dropdown for valid values if you'd like to override.
NOTE Scrap Location ID must be a Stock Loc Type = Non-Nettable, which is all that will display in the dropdown.
Scrap Location Number (Required): This defaults to the value established for RMA Scrap Location Number on the Product Group or Product (if overridden on the Product record). If you'd like to override and use pre-defined Location Numbers, just use the dropdown for valid values. If pre-defined Location Numbers are not used, the field is 10-character free-form alpha-numeric.
Use Product Location on Replacement SO: When checked, this field causes the Ship From Location to be sourced from the Product Master instead of the Inventory Location defined on the RMA Detail when creating the replacement Sales Order Line.
NOTE This defaults from the 'Use Product Loc on RMA Replacement SO' field on the SO Control > Warranty & RMA Tab, but can overridden once the RMA Detail is created.
