RMA Detail
When RMA Detail is created from a Shipper or Invoice where the item returned is serial controlled, the serial numbers that were shipped will display when the 'Serial Details' button is clicked on.
This page will display the status of each serial as it moves through the RMA process. When the RMA Detail is not associated with a Shipper or Invoice, enter serial numbers to be returned in this screen, prior to performing the RMA Receipt. Then click on the 'Authorize Selected Serials' button.
