Overview
The Recurring Payable Distributions are used to split the Amount or % mentioned on the Recurring Payable Line. When a Payable Transaction is created from Recurring Template, the Recurring Payable Distribution will be converted into Payable Distributions.
NOTE The Recurring Payable Distribution can also be added from the 'Recurring Payable Distributions' Grid in the Details tab of the Recurring Payable Templates page.
Navigation
App Launcher > Recurring Payable Distribution.
Processing
NOTE The Recurring Payable Distribution should only be added, edited, or deleted from the Recurring Payable Templates.
Fields
Sequence Number: An internally maintained sequence number for the Payable Line.
Recurring Payable Transaction: Recurring Payable Transaction reference for this Recurring Payable Distribution.
Recurring Payable Line: Recurring Payable Line reference for this Recurring Payable Distribution.
Debit or Credit Indicator: This field indicates whether this distribution is Credit or Debit.
Acct Type Filter: Selecting an Account Type Filter will limit the Default GL Account selection to those accounts associated with the filter selected. The standard Account Type Filter options are None, Tax, Freight, or Trade Discount.
GL Account: The GL Account to which the distribution is to be processed.
Amount: The Amount defaults to the Payable Line’s Amount but can be overridden by the user.
NOTE This field will be enabled only when the 'Fixed Amount?' field on the associated Template is set as true.
Dist %: The Amount on the line will be calculated as a % of the Payable Line Amount.
NOTE This field will be enabled only when the 'Fixed Amount?' field on the associated Template is set as false.
Division: The Division to which the distribution is to be processed.
Project: The Project to which the distribution is to be processed.
Dimension Values: Set to the Dimension Values record that defines all the dimensions to be passed with the transaction.
Comments: User-defined comments for the Payable Distribution.
After entering the values to the input fields, click Save to create a new Recurring Payable Distribution record.
Dimensions Tab
After the record is saved, the Dimension Tab will be visible, and the user can add the Dimension Values if needed.
Actions (Buttons)
Edit: Click this button to edit this record.
Delete: Click this button to delete this record.
