Overview
The SO User status assists in identifying the current state of an order. For example, a User Status could be: “In Data Entry”. The Sales Order being processed would then have that designation.
Application
A User Status code allows the tracking and progress of Sales Orders at predefined milestones events. These milestones could differ by users and by processes.

- To add a new record ‘New SO User Status’ button
- To edit and existing record, select ‘Edit’ in the Action column
- To view select the Name in the ‘Name’ Column
Key Fields
Status Code: Unique user-defined value
Description: User-defined description
Use on New Orders: When checked, this Status Code will be the default when adding new Sales Orders
