Overview
A Work Order created from a Sales Order Line has the same data elements as a Material Requirements Planning generated or manually entered Work Order. In addition, the WO-SO Link indicator will be checked and the Sales Order Line field will have an entry.

These values are populated when the Sales Order Line is firmed.
WO-SO Link Indicator: The link between the Work Order and the originating Sales Order.
Sales Order Line: The originating Sales Order Line that contains the Configured Product.
NOTE A Work Order, whether planned by Material Requirements Planning, manually entered or created from a Sales Order Line, contains the same data elements. A Work Order is comprised of three sections “Header” information, “Work Order Tab” information and “Related Lists” information.
