Overview
 
The list view the display can be sorted, ascending or descending, by any column.  To view a specific record, select the Name value in the row.  A specific record can be edited by using the “Edit” function for that row or by selecting the row using the name column and then selecting the “Edit” button on the record screen.

Fields

Division:  The Division in which the given WO exists

Order Number: Order number of the given work order.  
This is the order identifier for this WO. If MRP planned, it will be an all-numeric value auto-assigned using the next available WO #. When WO is manual, it must be prefaced with an alpha character to assure no duplication with MRP planned orders.

Scheduled Start Date:  The scheduled start date for this operation as calculated by the Work Order scheduling function.

User Set Start Date:  This field overrides the Scheduled Start Date.  Value can be updated in the Capacity Planning Work Bench.

Scheduled Override Comment:  User maintained. Enter the reason for an override of 'Scheduled Start Date', if desired.


Qty Scheduled:  Calculated quantity.  Quantity required minus the sum of the (Quantity Scrapped + Quantity Accepted + Quantity complete).

Operation Schedule Status:  This defines the Status of the Scheduled Operation. Valid values are i) null - Not Finished, ii) 'F' – Finished.  Set by the system.

Priority:  This value denotes the relative priority of this operation to other operations in this work center. It is calculated in the WO Scheduling program.  Higher numbers have higher priority.


User Set Priority:  This field overrides the "Priority" set from the WO Scheduling function. It is maintained by the user in the Capacity Planning Workbench.

Site:  The site within the division in which the work order will be manufactured.


Operation Number: Operation number of this operation

Scheduled Completion Date:  Scheduled completion date of this operation, calculated by the Work Order scheduling program.


Last User Scheduled Start Date:  Field is set when the user maintains the User Set Start Date field.

Qty Required:  This quantity is set from the WO header quantity required.


Expected Scrap Quantity:  This defines the Qty Expected Scrap and is computed as: Qty Required multiplied by WO Order Operation 'Scrap Factor'. 

Scheduled Setup Hours:  This Value defines the Scheduled Setup Hours and is calculated in the WO Scheduling program. It is computed as: WO Operation 'Setup Std Hours', Setup type and multiplied by Qty Scheduled.


Scheduled Run Hours:  This Value defines the Scheduled Run Hours and is calculated in the WO Scheduling program. It is computed as WO Operation 'Run Std Hours', with Run type and multiplied by ('Qty Scheduled' minus 'WO Operation Actual Qty Complete').

Scheduled Machine Hours:  This defines the Scheduled Machine Hours and is calculated in the WO Scheduling program.  It is WO Operation Machine Std Hours multiplied taking into account the machine type.

When viewing record, you will see the following additional fields.

Operation Priority User Control:  When checked, operation priority can be set by the user

Locked:  When check and subsequent operation checked this operation will not automatically be scheduled.
