User ID: Labor Supervisors may select a User for which to display and process Clock-on and Clock-Off transactions. When a user is chosen, the page displays transactions for said user, and also allows Clock Ons and Clock Offs processing for the selected User.
Division: The user’s current Rootstock Division.
Work Order: (Required) Work Order for the current Clock On transaction selected from a drop-down list of Work Orders in the current Division. Displayed Work Orders will be from status 5 – Pick List Records Generated through 8 – Receipts Completed. These are the only Work Order statuses at which labor may be booked, except as noted immediately below.
NOTE Work Orders with status 2, 3, or 4 - Firm will be displayed for labor booking if the flag 'Allow Labor Booking on Firm Work Orders' is checked on the Division Master record.
Operation: (Required) Work Order Operation Number for this transaction, selected from the drop-down of Operations for the Work Order selected above.
Setup Labor: Checkbox to indicate that the Clock On transaction is for Setup Labor.
Machine: Drop down list of the valid Machines for the Division.
Clock Off all Existing Open Jobs: If checked, the User will be clocked off of all prior Clock On transactions.
Clock-Off Transaction Comments: User-defined comments for the transaction.

Fields
Division: The user’s current Rootstock Division.
Work Order: (Required) Work Order for this transaction, selected from all Work Orders currently Clocked On. Select from drop-down.
Operation: (Required) Work Order Operation Numbers currently Clocked On for the Work Order selected above. Select from drop-down.
Quantity Available: Displays Quantity Available to complete on the Work Order Operation Number selected above.
Quantity Complete: Quantity to be booked with this transaction. Must remain 0 to be able to Clock Off All Existing Open Jobs.
Clock Off All Existing Open Jobs: If Quantity Complete is zero and this is checked, the user will be clocked off of all prior Clock On transactions.
Transaction Comments: User-defined comments for the transaction.

- Check the checkbox to the left of the current Clock-On transaction from which you would like to Clock-Off.
- Click Clock-Off Selected.
NOTE By clocking off using this method, the User will not be able to indicate quantity completed, Clock Off all existing jobs or enter any transaction comments.
