Overview
These are the unique steps that must be executed to determine if the materials in question pass inspection. These steps are copied into the inspection order when it is created from the inspection order template. If necessary, the operator can add additional inspection steps if needed based on the specifics of the situation.
Multiple inspection steps can be identified on each inspection order. When an operator drills down into one of the steps.
Inspection Order Step Page
Fields
Inspection Order: Inspection Order number.
Step Sequence: Step Sequence are copied in from the inspection template
Step Description: Step Description are copied in from the inspection template.
Instructions: Instructions can include specific measurements and values required for materials to pass inspection. If data collection sheets are used to record measurements, those can be attached to each inspection order step to create a detailed audit trail. We don’t have attached capability for Inspection Order Steps instead that can be attached to Inspection Order.
Comments: The user can record comments or observation in the Comments field.
