Inspection Order TemplateHeader Section
Fields
Division: Defaulted to the division in which the inspection order is created and will take place. This field cannot be accessed or edited by the user.
Template Reference: User-defined reference value, up to 30 characters in length.
Method for Deriving Inspection Qty: Select method to be used to derive the quantity to be inspected. Options are
- Percentage: Uses the defined percentage of the Quantity to be inspected.
- Fixed Quantity: Uses the quantity defined for this template regardless of Quantity to be inspected.
- All: Uses the full Quantity to be inspected.
Fixed Qty to Inspection Order: When 'Method for Deriving Inspection Qty' = Fixed Quantity, this field is enabled, and the quantity entered is used as the quantity of the inspection order generated when using this template.
Percentage for Inspection Order Qty: When 'Method for Deriving Inspection Qty' = Percentage, this field is enabled, and the percentage entered is used to calculate the quantity for the inspection order generated when using this template.
Inspection Order Site: Required field that defines the Site that this Inspection Order Template applies.
Inspection Order Location ID: Required field that defines the Location ID (valid for the defined Site) that this Inspection Order Template applies. Location ID type cannot be a 'pickable' location. This is the location that inventory will be moved to during the Inspection process.
Inspection Order Location Number: Required field that defines the Location Number that this Inspection Order Template applies. This is the location number that inventory will be moved to during the Inspection process.
Location ID for Scrapped Disposition: The Location ID to which items scrapped will be transferred. Must be a non-nettable location type.
Location Number for Scrapped Disposition: The Location Number to which items scrapped will be transferred.
Location ID for Other Disposition: The Location ID to which an item's disposition that is 'other than scrap" will be transferred.
Location Number for Other Disposition: The Location Number to which an item's disposition that is 'other than scrap" will be transferred.

Inspection Order Template: The applicable Inspection Order Template associated with this step.
Step Sequence: The sequence for this particular step.
EXAMPLE The first
step may be sequence 1 (or 10), the second step would be 2 (or 20) and so on. Using the 10-20-30, etc. method is recommended in case you need to later add steps in between.
Step Description: User-defined description for this step, up to 50 characters in length.
Instructions: User-defined inspection instructions for this step, up to 32,768 characters in length.
