Overview

Inventory Items by Project provides a view of inventory segregated by Project. In addition to Project Number, each Inventory Record is identified by a number of other attributes, including quantity on hand and accounting information.

Application

When Projects are active in a Division, this object provides information on Inventory held within specific Projects.

Navigation

Inventory Management > Inventory Items by Project

This path takes the user to a ListView where the records can only be viewed.

Header section


Fields
 

Division:  The Division to which this record applies.

Item Number:  Item Number is the designator for a given part. Can be up to 50 alpha-numeric characters.

Project:  This value defines the Project number if Project Control is active within the Division. If Project Control is not active within the Division, the Home Project will be used.

Qty On Hand:  Displays the total quantity of all inventory in this Division/Project for this item number in type 'O' (On-Hand) locations.

Qty Non-Nettable:  Displays the total quantity of all inventory in this Division/Project for this item number where the Stock Location Type is 'N' (Non Nettable).

Qty Consigned:  Displays the total quantity of all inventory in this Division/Project for this item number where the Stock Location Type is 'C' (Consigned).

Qty VMI:  This field value defines the Quantity Managed by Vendor.
