Overview
This tab is used to enter or modify Notes on the PO Header.
Navigation
Rootstock Site Map > Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Header > Click New Purchase Order Header button OR open existing Purchase Order Header > Advanced section > Notes tab
Fields
Print Notes on PO Form: This checkbox controls whether or not the associated PO Notes are to be printed on the PO Form. If checked, the notes will be printed; otherwise, they will not.
Notes: This is a text field for user-defined Purchase Order Header Notes, which are optionally printable on the printed PO Form. The associated 'Print Notes on PO Form' checkbox controls whether they print or not.
NOTE When the flag 'Rev Purchase Order on Notes Changes' is checked on the PO Control, the system creates a new Purchase Order Revision whenever the 'Notes' field is updated.
