Describe content on Sales Order Header > Audit tab. Changes are not allowed on this tab as the content is generated for traceability purposes, its content is view-only.
Audit Tab
NOTE When ‘Suppress Creation Sales Order Audit Recs’ field under the SO Control Order Processing Tab is checked in SO Control record, no audit records will be created.
This tab tracks changes performed to key fields when SO Lines are added, edited or removed. The fields below are displayed under this tab:
- Line Number
- Product
- Transaction Date /Time
- User
- Transaction Type
- A = Add
- C = Change
- D = Delete
- Quantity Ordered
- Price
- Discount Percentage
- Due Date
NOTE Besides above-listed fields, object Sales Order Line Audit also track fields such as below, which could be exported using Salesforce reports:
- Freight Amount
- Handling Amount
- Packing Amount
- User Status
- Comments (When transaction type is 'C', this field lists the fields that have been updated)
