Overview
Describe fields contained in the Sales Order Header > Special tab, and functionality related to them. After changes are completed, the user can commit them by clicking Save on the Sales Order Header.

Buttons
Change Customer: When the Change Customer button is clicked, a Customer Change pop-up will appear. From here, the user can select another Customer in the New Customer type-ahead field, and apply that Customer to the Sales Order. There is also a box giving the user the option to save the Customer Defaults from the previous Customer or to override previous values with those of the new Customer.
Global Line Update: The Global Line Update pop-up menu allows the user to update various details to whichever lines are selected prior to clicking the Update Selected Lines button and Saving the Sales Order. The following elements of the Sales Order lines can be updated:
- Case (Salesforce case that line was created from). If a SO Line has any Quantity picked, only field Case will be available for updates.
- Line Carrier
- Shipping Method
- FOB Code
- Freight Terms
- Address of Origination
- Dimension Values (options inherited from Company master)
IMPORTANT The Normal SO Entry UI requires a [Save] to be made after the global line update is done, the HV SO Entry UI will automatically save the updated lines.
Product Configurator: Clicking this button opens a new Configuration Session, in a new tab. This function can be used to start a new Configuration Session if Configurable Sales Order Entry is checked on SO Control Configurator Tab.
NOTE The Product Configurator button within the Line Items section of the Sales Order Edit screen functions the same way as this button.
