References Tab
All fields in this tab except the 'Case' and 'Configuration Session' fields are editable for new and existing SO Lines as long as the line has not been fully shipped. The 'Case' field will remain editable even after fully shipped. The 'Configuration Session' is a display-only field.

Fields
Group: Indicates the selected Group or Organizational Department for the Sales Order Line. The value defaults from the Product Master > Lead Time & Misc. tab.
Case: The Salesforce Case that this SO/SO Line was created from. If the SO Line is created from an RMA Detail and has an SF Case referenced, the value will be carried over to the SO Line. SO Invoice Lines generated from this SO Line will also carry the SF Case. The user can directly update this field, which will not update existing SO Invoice Line Case values related to this SO Line.
NOTE When a Case is referenced on the Sales Order Line, the Account on the Case should be the same as the 'Salesforce Account' on the Customer Master. Otherwise, upon creating the invoice, the system will throw an error.
User Status: This is the User Status of the Sales Order for this Customer who needs to get a Credit Release.
Hold Line: The user can check this box to put a hold on the Sales Order Line. When checked, it prevents fulfillment actions on this SO Line. Reversals will still be allowed.
Customer Request Date: Customer Request Date for this line. If no value is given, it defaults to the SO Line Due Date.
Agreement: Agreements associated with this line. It defaults from the SO Header > Additional section > Reference tab value when the SO Line is added but can be edited.
Configuration Session: If the Sales Order line was added due to Exporting Configuration Session To Sales Order, that Session ID is indicated here.
NOTE If the Sales Order Line with Configuration Session is canceled or deleted, the corresponding Configuration Session is updated by clearing the values in the 'Sales Order Line', 'Session Export Date', and 'Session Export Type' fields.
Default Vendor for Direct Purchases: Can optionally be set to define a Default Vendor that you may wish to use for this SO Line only for auto-created Direct Purchases.
