OverviewIf an override to the Ship To Address for the Purchase Order is needed, the user will enter the override Ship To Address information in this tab.

Fields
Division Receiving Addresses: Defaults to the Primary Receiving Address as noted on the Division Master, Misc. tab. The drop-down will display existing division address records that have been identified as receiving addresses. The user may choose one of these addresses, or, if the desired receiving address does not exist, choose blank.
All other fields are used to override the Ship To address.
NOTE The user may enter custom data into any field within the address box outline, and then save it. This can be useful when the purchased items are to be ‘drop shipped’ somewhere other than a standard user receipt location. When the Purchase Order Header record is saved, the Purchase Order Header Override Ship To Address Sequence Number (hidden field) is initialized to null indicating that there is no corresponding PO Header Address override record, or no change to the address has occurred since it was last saved.
