Overview
The Work Order Operation Actual Menu Option is a list view of Work Order Operations and statuses, current as of the last Work Order related transactions. Here, the display can be sorted, ascending or descending by any column. List view subsets can be defined and saved and list views can be used ad hoc. To view a specific record, click on the name value in the row. The values presented on this screen are the result of transactions processed using the Time and Quantity Booking function. They are for display only.
Application
This function provides a real-time inquiry into the status of the Work Order Operations. Additional subsets can be user-defined and may be ad hoc or saved as permanent list view options. Individual operation records can be accessed by selecting the row’s name. This program is helpful as it allows the User to access operation records without navigating first to the Work Order and then to the related records area.

Order No: The Work Order number.
Operation No: Work Order Operation Number in the format Work Order Number, Operation number.
Actual Start Date: The Actual Start Date of the operation set from the Work Order Time and Quantity Booking transaction.
Actual Completion Date: The Actual Completion Date of the operation set from the Work Order Time and Quantity Booking transaction.

Fields
Quantity Available: This is the Quantity Available of the Work Order assembly to be worked on in this operation. As quantities are completed (or scrapped) the Quantity Available is decremented in the present operation.
Quantity Completed: The actual number of the Work Order item completed at this operation. This is updated as quantities are reported complete using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Qty Moved: This is updated as quantities are reported complete at the operation level, using the Time and Quantity Booking function. The Routing Operation Move/Complete indicator also controls how this field is updated.
Qty Shipped: This is updated as quantities are reported in the Time and Quantity Booking function. The field applies only to “Subcontract Operations” where the Work Order item is shipped to a Vendor who performs one or more operations.
Qty Accepted: The Quantity Accepted into inventory from Work Order Receipt Transactions.
Actual Setup Hours: The Actual Setup Hours booked against the operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Actual Run Hours: The Actual Run Hours booked against the operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Actual Machine Hours: The Actual Machine Hours booked against the operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
