Overview
A Work Order Operation may specify a Machine to be used for this operation.
Setup
Add required Manufacturing Machine Master records.
Application
This is used when an operation is performed by a machine and it is necessary to specify a specific machine for this operation.
Navigation
Work Order > Related Lists > Operations Tab
Process
Select the Standard Operation button
Fields - Header
Operation Number: The Operation Number.
Description: A description of what is to be accomplished.
Process: The Process Number assigned to the Operation.
Work Center: The Work Center Number.
Machine Stds Tab
Machine Type:
Per Piece: Time entered in standard hours is a Per Piece basis.
Per Batch: Time entered in standard hours is a Per Batch basis.
Machine Number: The Machine Number.
Standard Hours: The hours based on the Machine Type.
