Overview
In order to manually create ZenKraft shipments, the ZenKraft APIs are not called.
- It is not necessary to have System Default > ZenKraft Active checked.
- Carriers and Shipment Methods do not necessarily need to conform to requirements described in other articles of this section since the information is set directly by the user on the Zenkraft Shipment.
- Containers do not have to be used, but “package” information may be required within the ZenKraft Shipping Wizard pages.
Processing Manual Shipments
- Once a Sales Order Fulfillment is performed, go to Rootstock SO Shipper and navigate to Related List for the desired Carrier. Click on ‘New (carrier) Shipment’ and complete the ZenKraft Shipment wizard to create the “carrier shipment". For Zenkraft Multi Carrier, the related list is labeled as RSShipments.
- Upon manually creating the shipment, the Tracking Number and Freight Charges will be written back to the RS Shipper.
