How to store Images on the Salesforce Platform

Overview

Steps to store an image on the Salesforce platform, which can then be used on a number of Rootstock objects, such as some Product Configurator objects, Company Master's logos, Product Master's image, etc.

Navigation

‘All Tabs’ > Documents.

Processing

When you click on 'Documents', you will go to a standard Salesforce page. 
 

• Click on ‘New’.
• Enter details
• Select the File (in this case, the image file)
• Click on the 'Save' button
• Once the file is saved, click on View File link.
  • A browser tab will open with the image. 
  • Copy and paste the URL into the appropriate image field in Rootstock.
