Overview
When a given Product is set as “configurable” (Product Master > Order Processing tab > ‘Configurable Product’ is checked, either directly for Product or from “pointer” to Product Group), a ‘Configuration Groups’ tab will appear.

Fields
Configuration Discount Line Product: When configuring this Product using Product Configurator & 'Discount Application Method' defined in the session = Create Order Line for Discount, this is the "discount" Product that will be added as a Sales Order Line for the total discount amount for all Sales Order Lines
Configuration Groups Button (used to define Configuration Groups to be used in the Product Configurator when this Product is ordered)
Configuration Group: A valid Configuration Group (added using Product Configurator and Contract > Configuration Group) to be used when configuring the given Product within the Product Configurator (Sales Order Processing > Product Configurator). See the Product Configurator page help for more information regarding “configurable” Products.
Selection Sequence: The sequence in which this Configuration Group will be presented within the Product Configurator. For example, if there are five (5) Configuration Groups associated with the given Product, they can be sequenced in the order in which they present so that the first sequence is selected from first, then the second sequence, and so on.
Configuration Pre-Selections Button (used to define selections in Product Configurator that will be automatically defaulted)
Text Selection Identifier: Text value for the Selection to be used.
Configuration Group: The Configuration Group to which this selection pertains.
Source Selection: The source of where the given Selection is derived.
Configuration Export References Button (a reference-only function for custom use to store data about auxiliary updates made via user workflows as part of the export process)
Description: User-defined reference description.
Object to be Updated: The custom object to which this reference pertains.
Field to be Updated: The custom object field to which this reference pertains.
Source of Update Record: The source that will update the given record.
Source Group: The source Configuration Group from which the given data is derived.
Source Selection: The source Configuration Selection from which the given data is derived.
Source Component: The source Configuration Selection Component from which the given data is derived.
