The button labeled ‘Close All Lines Short’, under the tab Line Update Values on the Purchase Order, will close any open PO lines and then close the PO.

When the button Close All Lines Short is clicked, all the open PO Lines are closed short and the PO is closed. This feature, under the header, is to allow a quick update of multi-line on the Purchase Order. The button ‘Close All Lines Short’ is appeared only when the status of the Purchase Order is either ‘VENDOR NOTIFIED’ or ‘VENDOR NOTIFIED - Some Lines Received’. The button does not appear when the PO is in Approved status, fully received or when the PO is closed. The user can still Close Short individual PO lines. User can “Reverse PO Close” per standard feature, but the PO lines will remain closed short.
NOTE Reverse PO Close will not reopen the PO lines, they will remain closed short.
