Overview
All Receivable application transactions are available to view. The Receivable Application transaction record is generated by the system when

Cash is applied to open AR Invoices and Debit Memos using Cash Receipts and Quick Cash Receipts.

Open Credit Memos and Unapplied Cash Receipt Transactions are applied to open AR Invoices and Debit Memos using AR Non-Cash Transfers or Cash Receipts and Quick Cash Receipts.

Cash discounts are taken during Cash Receipts or Quick Cash Receipts.

AR transactions are written up or written off.

Debit Memos for finance charges are reversed in the AR Customer Statements process.

The displayed page provides detailed information about this Receivable Application Transaction.
Fields
Receivable Transaction Scheduled Payment: The applicable Receivable Transaction Scheduled Payment that is associated with this transaction.
Payment Transaction: Represents the Cash Receipts Detail used to "pay" for this transaction.
Customer: Applicable Customer for this transaction.
Customer - Company: Applicable Customer- Company for this transaction.
Bank-Generated Transaction: The source Bank Account Transaction associated with this transaction.
Bank Reconciliation Record: The destination Bank Account Transaction associated with this transaction.
Record Source: Source by which this transaction is generated. It can be any of the following:
Transaction Sequence: System-generated sequence number for this transaction.
Transaction Date: The date on which this transaction was performed.
Customer-Supplied Date: This is the date the cash arrived at the bank or the date it is expected to arrive for this transaction.
Bank-Supplied Date: This is the date it is expected the bank will record this transaction.
Fiscal Year: The Fiscal Year into which this transaction was posted.
Period: The Fiscal Period into which this transaction was posted.
No Gain/Loss From This Record: When checked, it indicates there is No Gain or Loss from foreign exchange for this transaction.
No Gain/Loss Reason: Valid reasons are:
No GL Postings From this record: When checked, it indicates no GL transactions are posted for this transaction.
No GL Posting Reason: Valid reasons are:
Transaction Type: The transaction type of this transaction. It can be Write off, Write up, AR Item Applied, Bank Reported Payment, Cash to GL, CC Payment, Cash Payment, Check Payment, Discount Taken, Eft Payment, and Unapplied Cash Txn Created.
Original or Reversed Transaction: This states whether this transaction is Original or Reversed.
Sales Order Paid by Credit Card: The Sales Order associated with this transaction.
Write-Off/Write-Up Approver: The person responsible for approving the Write-Off/Write-Up transaction.
Original Transaction Reversed Here: This is the Original Receivable Application Transaction if this is a reverse transaction.
The AR Txn Being Applied: The Receivable Application Transaction record associated with this transaction (where 'Transaction Type' = 'AR Item Applied').
NOTE When applying a Credit Memo to an Invoice or Debit Memo, the AR Account on both records must be the same.
Payment Currency: The Currency in which the customer payment is made.
Rate of Exchange (Pay to Home): Exchange Rate for Payment Currency to Home Currency.
Rate of Exchange (Bank to Home): Exchange Rate for Bank Account Currency to Home Currency.
Reference Receivable Transaction: The Receivable Transaction that is associated with this transaction.
Sales Order Invoice Header: The Sales Order Invoice that is associated with this transaction.
Reference Sales Order: The Sales Order Header that is associated with this transaction.
Exchange Rate Schedule (Bank to Home): The associated Foreign Exchange Rate Schedule from which the Exchange Rate for Bank to Home Currency is obtained.
Exchange Rate Schedule (Pay to Home): The associated Foreign Exchange Rate Schedule from which the Exchange Rate for Payment to Home Currency is obtained.
Transaction Amount - Payment Currency: The Transaction Amount in Payment Currency.
Transaction Amount - Home Currency: The Transaction Amount in Home Currency.
Transaction Amount - AR Currency: The Transaction Amount in AR Document Currency.
Transaction Amount - Bank Currency: The Transaction Amount in Bank Account Currency.
AR Debit Amount - Payment Currency: The Receivable Debit Amount represented in Payment Currency.
AR Credit Amount - Payment Currency: The Receivable Credit Amount represented in Payment Currency.
AR Debit Amount - Home Currency: The Receivable Debit Amount represented in Home Currency.
AR Credit Amount - Home Currency: The Receivable Credit Amount represented in Home Currency.
AR Debit Amount - AR Currency: The Receivable Debit Amount represented in AR Document Currency.
AR Credit Amount - AR Currency: The Receivable Credit Amount represented in AR Document Currency.
AR Debit Amount - Bank Currency: The Receivable Debit Amount represented in Bank Account Currency.
AR Credit Amount - Bank Currency: The Receivable Credit Amount represented in Bank Account Currency.
Cash Debit Amount - Payment Currency: This is this transaction's Cash Debit Amount in Payment Currency.
Cash Credit Amount - Payment Currency: This is the Cash Credit Amount in Payment Currency for this transaction.
Cash Debit Amount - Home Currency: This is this transaction's Cash Debit Amount in Home Currency.
Cash Credit Amount - Home Currency: This is the Cash Credit Amount in Home Currency for this transaction.
Cash Debit Amount - Bank Currency: This is this transaction's Cash Debit Amount in Bank Account Currency.
Cash Credit Amount - Bank Currency: This is this transaction's Cash Credit Amount in Bank Account Currency.
Unapplied Cash Total – Payment Currency: The Unapplied Cash Total in Payment currency.
Unapplied Cash Total – AR Currency: The Unapplied Cash Total in AR currency.
Variance Amount: This is the Variance Amount when 'Currency Variance Exists' is checked.
Currency Variance Exists: When checked, it indicates that currency-related variance exists for this transaction.
Ref Receivable Application Transaction: The Reference Receivable Application Transaction associated with this transaction (if any).
Comments: Comments entered at the time of performing a credit memo or unapplied cash application (if any).
