Identify form templates for Sales-related activity.
Fields
SO Ack Form Template: Select from one or more pre-defined Sales Order Acknowledgment Template(s) for a Division. Refer to 'Rootstock Form Template Maintenance' for instructions on creating and maintaining Salesforce Visual Force-based Form templates.
SO Ack Extra Header Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the SO ACK header portion of the print template.
SO Ack Form Subject: When set, the text entered here will appear on the SO Acknowledgement email Subject line. Text is user-defined up to 255 characters.
SO Quote Form Template: Select from one or more pre-defined SO Quote Template(s) for a Division. Refer to 'Rootstock Form Template Maintenance' for instructions on creating and maintaining Salesforce Visual Force-based Form templates.
Quote Extra Header Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the Quote header portion of the print template.
BOL Form Template: Select from one or more pre-defined Bill of Lading Form Template(s) for a Division. Refer to 'Rootstock Form Template Maintenance' for instructions on creating and maintaining Salesforce Visual Force-based Form templates.
BOL Extra Header Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the BOL header portion of the print template.
Packing Slip Form Template: Select from one or more pre-defined Packing Slip Template(s) for a Division. Refer to 'Rootstock Form Template Maintenance' for instructions on creating and maintaining Salesforce Visual Force-based Form templates.
Packing Slip Extra Header Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the Packing Slip header portion of the print template.
Invoice Form Template: Select from one or more pre-defined Invoice Template(s) for a Division. Refer to 'Rootstock Form Template Maintenance' for instructions on creating and maintaining Salesforce Visual Force-based Form templates.

RMA Extra Header Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the RMA header portion of the print template.
SO Picklist Form Template: This button makes the Sales Order Picklist document available when processing Sales Orders.
Use Form Template for Picklist from SO: If clicked, ensures that form template is used for the Picklist.
Allow Ack Template Override: When checked, this enables a dropdown in the print process whereby active templates will be displayed and can be selected as alternates to the template defined on SO Control, Product and/or RS Customer.
SO Ack Extra Detail Line: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the SO Acknowledgement detail portion of the print template.
Include Prepayments on SO Acknowledgement: When clicked, Prepayment details will be included on the SO Acknowledgement.
Allow Quote Template Override: When checked, this enables a dropdown in the print process whereby active templates will be displayed and can be selected as alternates to the template defined on SO Control, Product and/or RS Customer.
Quote Extra Detail Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the Quote detail portion of the print template.
Allow BOL Template Override: When checked, this enables a dropdown in the print process whereby active templates will be displayed and can be selected as alternates to the template defined on SO Control, Product and/or RS Customer.
BOL Extra Detail Lines: Use this field to define the number of extra lines to allow in the BOL detail portion of the print template.
Allow Packing Slip Template Override: When checked, this enables a dropdown in the print process whereby active templates will be displayed and can be selected as alternates to the template defined on SO Control, Product and/or RS Customer.

Allow Credit Memo Template Override: When checked, this enables a dropdown in the print process whereby active templates will be displayed and can be selected as alternates to the template defined on SO Control, Product and/or RS Customer.
