Concept
This function displays the Work Center specific result of Work Order firming and Work Order Scheduling. It is a document to communicate from production planning to the production Work Center the run priorities of the Work Order Operations in that Work Center.
The Work Center Dispatch List is selected by Division, by Work Center, with a Date (Start date of the report) entry.
The Work Center Dispatch List is run and distributed as frequently as required to convey to manufacturing personnel the work order backlog and backlog priorities. Most typically it is run at the beginning of a shift.
This report is run on demand and can be displayed on the screen, printed, or exported to Excel.

Processing
1. The planner runs the Work Order Dispatch List for a given work center.
2.The planner distributes the list to the individual responsible for the work center.
Fields
Work Center: Select the Work Center for which the listing is to be generated.
Date: User specified date. This is the start date of this report.
Select: Generate Dispatch List button
Fields (Display Body)
Hrs Per May Labor: The labor hours per day available in the work center as specified on the Work Center Master.
Hrs Per Day Machine: The machine hours per day available.
Include Qty Available: When Checked,the system will include Work Orders which are scheduled for this work center but have not yet arrived..
Priority: The calculated priority of this operation. Calculation is Time Remaining divided Work Remaining: The smaller or negative the number the further behind and the higher the priority.
Scheduled Start Date: Scheduled start date of the operation.
Status: The status of the operation.
Project: The project number assigned to the work order.
Work Order:The Work Order Number.
Operation: The Work Order Operation Number.
Item: The item being manufactured on the work order.
Sched Type: The type of scheduling specified for this operation. Labor Only; Machine Only; Subcontract & Labor.
Qty Avail: The quantity available for the operation.
Qty Remain: The quantity remaining on this operation.
Setup Labor Grade: If specified on the work order operation, the Setup Labor Grade.
Run Labor Grade: If specified on the work order operation, the Run Labor Grade.
Machine Number: If specified on the work order operation, the Machine Number.
Qty Required: The quantity required for this operation.
Setup Hours: The remaining Setup Hours for this operation.
Run Hours: The remaining Run Hours for this operation.
Machine Hours: The remaining Machine Hours for this operation.
NOTE By clicking in a column header the column the Dispatch List will be sorted by Ascending or Descending sequence.
