Work Order Close, Reverse Close, and Archive

Overview
 
When the Work Order reaches status ‘8-Complete", a new button appears in the Work Order header called ‘Close Work Order’. Selecting this button computes the variances, if any, and stops any further activity on this order. The Work Order status will change to "9-Closed."

Upon clicking the button, the Work Order Status will change to "9-Closed"

User-added image  NOTE  When the Work Order is status '9', a new button appears in the Work Order header called ‘Reverse WO Close’.  Selecting this button, the Work Order Close is reversed.

Upon clicking the button, the Work Order Status will revert to a Status '8-Complete'

User-added image  NOTE  When doing a Reverse Close, any variances calculated upon the initial "close" will not be reversed.

Work Order > Work Order Header > Archive Button
 
User-added image  NOTE  The Work Order must be a Status "9-Closed" to be archived.
 
Process
 
Select the Archive button

After selecting the Archive button, the Archived Indicator is automatically checked, indicating that the Work Order has been archived using the Work Order Purge program. The Work Order Header is not deleted by it being archived.
