OverviewA Consolidated Work Order Picklist allows the User to specify multiple Work Orders which will be included in a single Picklist Report.
ApplicationThis function is used to select multiple Work Orders for picklist records generation, allocation, and the creation of a consolidated Picklist.

Buttons
Refresh Work Order List: Refresh the selected Work Orders based on the selection criteria
Perform Allocation: For each selected Work Order, perform allocation on components to be allocated.
Perform De-Allocation: For each selected Work Order, perform a de-allocation of the components allocated.
Generate Picklist Records: Generates Work Order Picklist records for the selected Work Orders.
Delete PIcklist Records: Deletes Picklist records for the selected Work Orders.
Create Consolidated Picklist: Creates a consolidated Picklist for the selected Work Order in the specified sequence.
Fields
Division: Division.
Inventory Site: A dropdown to select a Site within the division.
Inventory Item: Type to select a specific item number.
Project: Select a specific project.
Planner: A dropdown to specific a Planner to be used for selection.
Earliest Scheduled Pick Date: The Earliest Schedule Pick Date to be selected (Used with Latest Scheduled Pick Date).
Frist Work Order Number: First Work Order for a range of Work Orders (Used with Last Work Order Number).
Work Order Status: Select a status to be used for selection.

Latest Scheduled Pick Date: Latest Scheduled Pick Date to be selected (Used with Earliest Scheduled Pick Date.
Last Work Order Number: Last Work Order number when selecting by a range of Work Orders (Used with First Work Order Number).
Indicators
Sequence Picklist by Location: Check indicator box for this Picklist Sequencing. Mutually exclusive from "Use Location Pick Sequence on Pick LIst.
Use Location Pick Sequence on Pick List: Check the indicator box for this Picklist Sequencing. Mutually exclusive from Sequence Picklist by Location.
Process Steps to Create
Step 1: Select criteria entered.
Step 2: Refresh Work Order List button.
Step 3: If Work Order Picklist Records have to be created, select the Generate Picklist Record button.
Step 4: Select the Create Consolidated Pick List button.
The Consolidated Work Order Picklist will be displayed.
Header Section
Division: The Division in which the Picklist was created.
Planner: The Planner for which the Picklist was created (Blank indicates no selection criteria entered).
Item Number: The Item Number for which the Picklist was created (Blank indicates no selection criteria entered).
Project: The Project for which the Picklist was created (Blank indicates no selection criteria entered).
Status: The Work Order Status for which the Picklist was created (Blank indicates no selection criteria entered)
Body Section
WO Number: Work Order Number.
Component Item: Component item required on the Work Order.
Dmd LIne: Demand Line of the component item on the Work Order.
Pick Qty: Quantity to pick.
Loc ID: Location ID of the available component item.
Loc No: Location Number of the available component item.
Expiration Date: When the item is lot controlled, this is the Expiration Date of the lot.
Lot/Serial Number: The Lot or Serial Number of the inventory.
Date Required: Date the component is required.
Issuing Project: The Project from which the component is issued.
Work Center: The Work Center associated with the Location ID and Location Number.
Inv UOM: Inventory Unit of Measure of the component.
Qty Picked: Area to record the Quantity Issued to the Work Order.
