Overview

The Work Order Serial View displays one record for each serial number assigned to a serialized parent item received to inventory using the Work Order Receipt function. The System allows the User to select a specific Work Order Serial Record for review and/or edit. The Component Tracking Tab view also displays any component items designated as "Serial" or "Lot Controlled" that have been issued to a specific serial number parent manufactured on the Work Order.

Application

This function provides a real-time inquiry into Work Orders producing serialized items. When it is necessary to find the lot and/or serial Controlled Components that have been used for Serial-controlled Parent Items, use the Component Tracking Tab to quickly see which Controlled Components were used on which Parent Item serial numbers.
