Overview
Planned Transfer Picklists can be generated during the DRP Location Transfer process. The detailed diagram below defines the process. Any ‘Approved’ transfer requests, whether generated by running DRP or created manually, can be grouped via the Planned Location Transfer Query workbench. Once transfer requests are grouped, Transfer Picklists can be generated via the Planned Transfer Picklist module.
Application
Prints a document indicating the Picking of Items (by Transfer Group) available for transfer to another location.
Prerequisites
Assignment of a Group Number to Planned Location Transfer requests via the Planned Location Transfer Query module.

Select the Group defined in the Planned Location Transfer Query processing. The results displayed in the drop-down picklist are filtered to only show Groups that have not been processed.

Click the Create Picklist button. A popup window will display the PDF formatted Picklist form ready for printing.
Fields
Division: The division in which the record is to be entered.
Planned Transfer Group: Select the Group Number for the Pick List you wish to create.
Once the required Planned Transfer Group is selected, click on the Create Picklist button to generate the picklist report.
NOTE When the Create Picklist button is clicked, instead of the PDF formatted Picklist form, RootForms will generate a document using the Planned Transfer Picklist template if one has been defined on the 'Form Template Planned Transfer Picklist' field in the Division Master Setting/Defaults Tab.
IMPORTANT When printing the Picklist report using the 'PlannedTransferPicklistPdf' VF Page, the flags 'Barcode Printing Active' and 'Print Text Under Barcode' should be checked on the System Defaults record to print the barcodes in addition to the respective text values on the generated picklist report.
