Overview
There are multiple methods of entering Time and Quantity hours and quantity completions to a Work Order Operation. They are as follows.

Time and Quantity Booking
Time and Quantity Booking is selected when the time entry requires detailed information such as work order, work order operation, quantities, Labor Pay Types, and assigning the time between Multiple Work Orders.
- This method of Time and Quantity Booking is "after the fact" method. As an example, a user fill out a form for the work orders and operation worked. They would turn the sheet in at the end of a shift. An administrative person would key the data.
- This method is the most detailed method of Time and Quantity Entry.

The method of time reporting is done at the time the user is signing on or signing off the work order. The entry is in real time. This method implies the user has easy access to a computer.
- The transaction is identified to the signed on user ID entering the data.
- Work Order

- Setup Labor Indicator
- Machine
- When saved, the transaction is time stamped.
- To sign off ,the user selects the
- Work Order (to sign off from). The user must have previously signed on to this work order and operation.
- Operation from which to sign off.
- Quantity Complete (as applicable)
User Time Entry

User Time Entry
User Time Entry is used when a Manufacturing User has been previously assigned to a Work Order Operation.
Data entered is:
- Current Hours: Lapsed hours.
- Completed (indicator): Set when the Operation is complete
