NOTE The Picklist Component Records (see Consolidated Work Order Picklist and SYDATA - Generate WO Picklist) are displayed after the Generate Pick List button has been selected.
Oper Txns Tab > Work Order Operation WIP
Operation Transactions are displayed after Time and Quantity Booking Transactions have been processed.
Key Fields
Oper No: The unique identifier for a Routing Operation on this Work Order.
Process: The Process Number assigned to this Work Order Routing Operation.
Work Center: The Work Center in which the operation is being performed.
Labor Hours: In a Labor Booking transaction, these are the number of Labor Hours recorded.
Labor Rate: In a Labor Booking, this is the Hourly Rate that is associated with the Labor Grade of the Manufacturing User that performed the Labor Transaction.
Cost: Amount of this operation transaction.
Created Date: Date this record was created.
Oper Qtys/Hrs Tab > Work Order Operation Actual
Operation Quantities and Hours are displayed after Time and Quantity Booking Transactions have been processed.
Key Fields
Oper No: This is the Work Order Operation Number.
Process: This is the Process Number assigned to the Operation Number.
Work Center: This is the Work Center in which the operation is to be done.
Qty Available: This is the quantity available of the Work Order Assembly to be worked on in this operation. As quantities are completed (or scrapped) the Quantity Available is decremented in the present operation and the Quantity Available is adjusted in the next operation.
Qty Completed: This is automatically updated as the User records the quantities completed using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Qty Moved: This is updated by the User as they record the quantities moved during labor operations in the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Setup Hrs: Actual Setup Hours booked against this operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Run Hrs: Actual Run Hours booked against this operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
Mach Hrs: Actual Machine Hours booked against this operation using the Time and Quantity Booking function.
